Re: Refesh Token, Re-Login Gives Internal Error

I am still seeing this intermittent "Internal Server" error. I'm attempting to extract data from our Bullhorn intances by grabbing data in chunks of 500 records. My process will run fine for hours on end, refreshing the token as needed every 1/2 hour or so, but then out of the blue I'll get the Inte...

Re: Search Returns 0 Notes.

Figured this one out myself. Had to use "dateLastModified:[* TO *]" for my query instead of "isDeleted:0"

Search Returns 0 Notes.

I'm trying to use Search to get all notes (regardless of associated entity.) My query looks like this: https://rest99.bullhornstaffing.com/rest-services/XXXX/search/Note?query=isDeleted:0&fields=id&start=0&count=200&BhRestToken=XXXXXX This always returns no records but I know, from looking at the No...

Re: Refesh Token, Re-Login Gives Internal Error

Thanks khenele. The extraction process is running as a WebJob within Azure. I just checked and the Azure instance running in: "UK South" So, I'll try the following: UK Data Center CLS21, CLS22, CLS23 https://auth-emea.bullhornstaffing.com https://rest-emea.bullhornstaffing.com https://api-emea.bullh...

Refesh Token, Re-Login Gives Internal Error

Hey Everyone. I'm getting a somewhat intermittent error back from the REST API when trying to refresh the AccessToken and get the updated BhRestToken and RestUrl. Here is what I'm seeing: I'm trying to extract data using the Bullhorn REST API, everything runs great for a while. About 30 minutes in (...

Re: Tying "ToMany" data back to parent Entity.

Hi Grant. I think this will help me but I have a follow up question. I noticed, when I make a call like this: /entity/Candidate/1234/?fields=categories(id) It only brings back 4 category ids. After some experimenting I found I can do this: /entity/Candidate/1234/?fields=categories[25](id) And it'll ...

Re: Tying "ToMany" data back to parent Entity.

Do you have an example of what you are looking for with this call? For Example, placements is a to-many field and lists the unique ID's of all placements associated with the candidate. Ultimately, we want to get Candidate data including all the "ToMany" data for all Candidates. Search can only brin...

Does lastModifiedDate include modifications to child objects?

For example: Will the Candiate.lastModifiedDate change if the data in one of it's "To Many" relationships changes? Or does it only change when a top-level field changes? For performance reasons during data extraction, we'd like to only grab Entity data that has changed since the previous day. Our th...

Tying "ToMany" data back to parent Entity.

For data extraction purposes, we'd like to be able to: Get data for all Candidates from the RestAPI without the "ToMany" fields. (We know how to do this and works great) Get all data for the "ToMany" entities: (Skill, BusinessSector, Location...etc..) (We know how to do this, however... see 3.) Get ...
