Re: Issue on save country in address field on clientcontact object

Good Morning ArunrajM, I ran some tests. My code updated the state to the full state name. This kept the country as India. {"address":{"address1":"ad1","address2":"ad2","city":"Madurai","state":"Tamil Nadu","zip":"626130","countryCode":"IN","countryName":"India","countryID":2262},"owner":{"id":"2"},...

Re: How to send e-mail notifications to job consultants after online responses?

Good Morning KillerWork, How you notify the job owner is really up to you and your client. You could use the apis to add a note on the job, and use the internal user association field, or just email the job owner directly from your website. Without more specific information, my hands are somewhat ti...

Re: How to submit a ticket via Bullhorn Resource Center

Hello Mtsuji,

Only account and support contacts with Bullhorn clients are authorized to open Support Tickets. If you are a developer for a Bullhorn client, you will need your contact at that company to open a ticket on your behalf.

Re: How to send e-mail notifications to job consultants after online responses?

If you are using our Open Source Career Portal, you may find some suggestions in our open source code repository: https://github.com/bullhorn/career-portal Our Support team is generally unable to provide exact instructions for customizing an external website, but some of our clients' developers will...

Greetings Otesdev,

I apologize for that first response. That forum user was a spam account, which I have banned.

Re: How to send e-mail notifications to job consultants after online responses?

Good Afternoon Killerwork, You have found the right place for your request, but you may be better served by posting in a web posting forum. This forum is specifically for REST help when calling data in Bullhorn. I am not going to lock your post, but I would strongly suggest posting elsewhere as well...

Good Afternoon Senthur123,

The error message associated with your URL indicates that your REST token has expired. Are you able to refresh your session?

Re: Pull new events after a backup - 02518841

Good Morning Maguero74, The REST documentation is currently up to date regarding the edit history options. If a given entity is not currently included in the list of accessible fields, that does not mean it will never be included, it is just not accessible at this time. In terms of searching by date...

Good Morning Kazemi, There is an optional ttl parameter on the GET /login call. If you do not use make any adjustments to the default, the BhRestToken will be valid for 10 minutes. Re: Could not access HTTP service error

Good Morning Kazemi,

That is a connection timeout error. These can occur for a variety of reasons, but in general, a retry of the call should successfully go through.

Re: How to create a note via the REST API 02409991

Good Morning Senthur,

Timezone is held on the User edit page. If you open the Tools -> Users menu, then open the Bullhorn user account, you can update it there. If this does not fix the issue, you may need to open a Bullhorn Support ticket.

Bullhorn Support Forum Update

Hello Everyone, Over the past few years, almost all topics on the Bullhorn Support Forums have seen increasingly diminished activity. This is heavily due to Bullhorn's focus on the Resource Center, E-Learning Modules, and Training Videos available on our Customer Portal . The only outlier to this tr...
