I'm looking for help with updating the redirect_uri. How do I go about requesting a change to the redirect_uri for a given Client ID?
I would advise to submit a ticket to Bullhorn Support providing the request to update the redirect URL and provide the client ID / new URL so that we can get this updated for you. Thank you.
However, when I click on the Help button in my Bullhorn instance, I'm taken to this page: https://help.bullhorn.com/s/ssoerror, which says:To open a support ticket, navigate to the Bullhorn Community from the Help button in your Bullhorn instance.
If I attempt to login on https://help.bullhorn.com/login with the credentials for my Bullhorn instance, it doesn't log me in and shows this error message:Oops!
We couldn't log you into the Bullhorn Community.
You'll need to log in if you wish to submit a ticket to Support.
Please contact Support to enable your access to the Bullhorn Community.
Do you have any additional recommendations for me?Please check your username and password. If you still can't log in, contact your Salesforce administrator.
