REST API for server app

Hi,

Is there a way to use your REST API without the sign in and callback logic?

I am trying to make a server side app, to pull out some bullhorn data.

I am used to work with twitter and facebook api and you can generate your own and personal access token. Token that is always active and to need to be refreshed, hence you dont need to login or refresh your access token.
