How to view the particular entity directly in CRM?

Hi,

I want to develop a functionality using C# .Net, where directly I wish to hit a URL from my application which opens a new tab in browser to view that particular lead/clientcontact in CRM.
Actually I will be having a particular clientcontact/lead in the session. Now I wish to provide one hyperlink on my session page, clicking on which, that particular lead/clientcontact will directly open in the Bullhorn CRM in new tab of browser.

Is there any API or another way to accomplish this task through code?
