Accessing Custom objects via SOAP

Hi,

I'm starting to use the Bullhorn API via SOAP, until now this is easy and the documentation is clear.
But now I want to read data from a custom object that is related to a Placement.
Q1: Is it possible to access data in custom objects via the soap-webservice?
Q2: Is there an example of how to do that?
