How to set up iFrame within Bullhorn sandbox

I have access to a Bullhorn sandbox with admin credentials. My question is how do I set up an iFrame and custom buttons within Bullhorn that then trigger the iFrame for my custom integration? Is it using my REST API keys or somewhere else?
