I can create a new subscription, I can delete it and I can get the events from a subscription, but I can't seem to find the option to list/query all subscriptions itself (like in subscriptionid, entityNames, eventTypes)
So, is there a way to get the details of event subscriptions via API or in the GUI perhaps?
And secondly: Is there a way to purge subscriptions except for delete and recreate?
Thank you in advance
This is Kingsley from Bullhorn Support. All of the information we have on event subscriptions are listed here: http://bullhorn.github.io/rest-api-docs ... bscription
I do not believe there are any other ways to purge subscriptions.
Thanks for your answer, and that is of course the first to check.
Unfortunately the docs are not always complete... I know some different methods I use are not in the documentation.
So the question remains....
I was on the phone with a Bullhorn engineer the other day; He could tell me at least how much subscriptions we created, so there must be a way!
It seems odd you can't get a list of your current subscriptions via the API. If you do loose track of your subscriptionId, you need to contact Bullhorn support. Like you said, Bullhorn support can provide you will a list of your current subscriptions. It's just not a convenient process.
FWIW I did make a feature request via my Bullhorn contact last year for this.
Odd it is, but not I am not really surprised. I indeed got the list via support.
In the same ticket my questions were answered;
- There is no other way to retrieve this than asking support
- The only way to purge is to drop and recreate....
On the bright side.... The online documentation seems to be pretty complete on this one!
