How to access Client Submission and Interview data

Hi!

So I'm trying to get and transfer data from one candidate to another, and in order to do this I need to get the Client Submissions and Interviews and transfer those. I know there is a Placement and Submissions Entity Type but is there something like that for Interview and Client submissions? How do I GET that information? Thanks!
