Reporting into Excel with API

Apologies in advance, I'm fairly new to all this. We have multiple BH instances and generally use the inbuilt Jasper reports. Problem is there's no one report which provides all the required data!

Would I be able to call results from multiple reports in one go and dump that data into Excel?
