Social media icons links to wrong URLs

Hi Developers,

I am currently facing the following problem: URLs of the "share" icons of social media are not linking to the right page. For example, when sharing with LinkedIn you will get to see the following url portal.com/jobs/22 but the link shown below it goes to the main page (portal.com). Do you experience this as well and is there a solution available?
