Looking for a developer

Hi,

I'm looking for a developer who can help us build some online forms which can create leads and opportunities for us in Bullhorn. We are also looking to pull placement information out of Bullhorn and push it into our intranet platform. Anyone who has experience of this or can you make a recommendation?
