JobSubmissions and Tooling Questions

Hello,
I'm adding candidates, leads, and job submissions into my sandbox via the Rest API and I have a couple of questions:
1. I can successfully add to the above tables, but I do not see my JobSubmissions reflected on the submissions tab.
2. When I query for jobs associated with company 4 (Hoppe - Greenholt) I get 6 jobs returned, but in the tooling I only see 3 jobs enumerated.
The below query returns 6 jobs

3. I can add leads and see them in the table when I query it, but I do not see them in the tooling. I am looking in the activity tab for the company 4 (Hoppe - Greenholt) and I see a section that says Leads(0). Is this the wrong way to see leads?
