In our case, we are getting the contact information via REST API. If the contact number is not a valid E164 format, we are trying to format the number, so we need country code to do this. We have two questions here.
1. In bullhorn, do we have account/organization level settings? If yes, what is the API? We already searched but didn't get anything. We already know about the user settings/information under the users' tab, but we are expecting account-level settings to see whether we can able to configure the default country for an account.
2. While creating a contact via REST API without country value, somehow bullhorn automatically sets a country as the United States, where we can configure this default as the United States?
