OpenWindow.cfm to Custom Tab - Is it Possible?

I am trying to provide some links from a custom tab on a candidate record over to a custom tab on a placement record.

The following works fine to open on the Edit tab:
cls22.bullhornstaffing.com/BullhornStaffing/OpenWindow.cfm?id=6125&entity=Placement&view=Edit

but what should replace the XXX below to open a custom tab called COF Editor
cls22.bullhornstaffing.com||BullhornStaffing/OpenWindow.cfm?id=6125&entity=Placement&view=XXX

I have tried a few variations with and without spaces aand preceeding with 'custom' but nothing seems to work.
