We can't find the information on this detail and we were recommended to create this post.
We need feedback on the authentification and process of candidate accounts & registration to Bullhorn.
By this we mean for all candidate data and registrations, does Bullhorn authenticate these details or do we need to develop a middle layer that will authenticate the user\registrations and we have control to push the data where we want?
So we'll be creating a new website for a client who wants this to be linked to their Bullhorn account, all data related to job posts \ candidates will be pulled through the APIs available.
For registrations, the frontend user will see the appropriate fields on our website as it will appear as a normal login. Backend wise when a user registers that user & their data will be created in Bullhorn.
Within their account area, this will pull back all user \ job applications applied for that is stored in Bullhorn for that particular user.
For Login, again the frontend user will see the feature on our website but when their details are entered there needs to be an authentification process to validate the user and for successful users to be able to see their account information on the website. All the data will be pulled back via the API.
So our question refers to the authentication process of who will authenticate the user to ensure that they are a valid user, so the data can be pulled into their account area. Will Bullhorn does this, or do we need to create this process with a middle layer to authenticate.
I hope this is clear the goals we are trying to achieve. We have spoken to support first and they recommended that we put our question on the forum. If you need further detail we're more than happy to talk through and would be preferred so we can get the answers we need.
For Bullhorn themselves, are we able to arrange a call to discuss this?
