How to get new custom field data?

Hi! I added a new fields for our sales team to fill out when submitting a job order. However, that new field is not showing up in the job order entity. The only place I have found it is JobOrderEditHistoryFieldChange, but there is no way to match that back to the job order to see the value for each job order. Any help? Thanks!!
