Random BhRestToken Error - 401 Unauthorized

We have an integration with Bullhorn API for one of our client and are seeing an issue with Token refresh not consistently, but intermittently. Example, for a particular integration The token refresh works fine 10 days and then suddenly fails with the message below:

We are ending up with something very similar to this error reported in the forum but this is quite old.
