Custom Menu Action - Json instead of Form Data

Please see screen shot below, we added a custom menu action on our placement which has a rest call to another application. I can't find anywhere to configure the call, but it's sending form-data when I want JSON. Is there a way to configure that from (application/x-www-form-urlencoded) to (application/json)?
