I have not personally seen this error message with REST API. This is not a standard 200,400,500 code we usually see when getting a return. If you are having an issue with a specific query, Bullhorn support can assist. Please contact your Account/Support contact to put in a case with support. Please provide the call you are trying to make along with the attached error message you are receiving.
