Get last Modified by User via API call

Does the Bullhorn Rest API offer the ability to get the "last modified by user" on an entity record? For example candidate "last modified by" or jobsubmission "last modified by"? I can retrieve the "date last modified" through a get call but I also need the "modifying user". This will allow me to ignore field edits made to an entity record by an API user. This helps prevent continuous loops in bidirectional API integrations.
