Bullhorn Novo Vs. S release

We are using Bullhorn API to fetch user's daily actives.
As the end-point URL we use "

Recently we got a new customer who need to fetch data on their instance. But we were unable to get access-token for that customer using the API endpoint we used to fetch data ( mention in above ).

I heard there are Novo and S-release those kind of stuff. I need to know more information about those types like below.

01. Is Novo and S-release both support "universal" login.? Can we use "universal" endpoints to make API calls for both release instances ?
02. How can I change S-release to Novo and Novo to S-release.
03. If S-release do not support universal login, How is there way to get API calls for S-release instance.? ( ex: "End point to get Tokens" using username and password, )
04. How can i able to identify which release I'm currently having for my instance.?
