Bullhorn Integration with PBXware- annoying redirect

Good afternoon,

we have integrated our customer Bullhorn CRM with our phone system (PBXware v7.2.0). The integration itself is working, with call pop up on the inbound and outbound calls. The problem we are having is this annoying pop-up / redirect page informing us "The link has been successful"- PLEASE SEE SCREENSHOTS. This gets annoying as it happens after every phone call.

The settings on the phone system are very basic, just selecting what page of the CRM to open, and when to open e.g. when a call is answered.

Is there a setting within Bullhorn which can stop this?

I have checked browser pop up settings and even disabled pop ups, but this still keeps happening.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
